Tuition & Financial Aid

Making Private School Tuition Affordable

Detroit Cristo Rey High School serves families who normally would not be able to afford the costs associated with attending private school.

The tuition a family pays is based upon household income and determined by the FACTS financial verification and our finance department.

Through generous benefactors and consistent fundraising, Detroit Cristo Rey offers extensive financial aid based on household income and household size.

As many as 90% of our families have received aid in the past, with a large percentage paying less than $800 per year ($70 per month). All tuition assistance awards must be reviewed by the Tuition Committee prior to formal approval.

A number of additional scholarship opportunities exist to ensure accessibility to and affordability of a Detroit Cristo Rey college preparatory education. Please see the Donor-Supported Scholarship Funds section below or contact the Detroit Cristo Rey Business Center for additional details.

For additional tuition assistance, find out more about the AOD Tuition Assistance Program in the Financial Aid section below.

All current students must continue to use 2024-2025 tuition guidelines. Please contact the Business Center at 313-843-2747 for more information.
