Tania Barba, DCR High School student, chatted with Autoline After Hours hosts about Detroit Cristo Rey’s Corporate Work Study Program and how it helps students gain important skills and exposure to a variety of industries, including automotive. At time of airing, Tania, a senior, worked in testing at General Motors’ Milford Proving Grounds. (Note: this interview airs at about the 30-minute mark.)

At the NFL Draft Hispanic Celebration, the Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council (HC3) awarded a scholarship to Detroit Cristo Rey sophomore Ariel Sanchez. WXYZ interviewed Andre Arbelaez from HC3 and Ariel, getting their thoughts on the experience.
